Promises... Lies.... More Promises .... More Lies .... Useless

We regularly shop online with Takealot and others but for the first time my wife bought shoes through Superbalist. We were notified that we had to collect from Takealot (despite the fact that we did not buy via Takealot) Fores**** Cape Town. The shoes did not fit and we then started the process to get it swapped for one size smaller. After failed attempts we eventually went to Takealot Pickup point to see if we can drop the incorrect size there and change the delivery address to Takealot Drop Point - but that is just not possible. We were then requested to wait until we receive an SMS confirming that delivery is scheduled and can then change the arrangements. We did receive the SMS and phoned to re-arrange bit the only thing we could change was a time. Person was very friendly and undertook to change the collection/delivery to be done first thing this morning. We then received two SMS messages to say it will be done BEFORE 8 AM this morning. At around 9 AM I phoned again to then be tole - "we cannot deliver before 8 Am as our drivers only start working at 8 AM. I was then informed the driver was already en-route but they could give NO TIME - despite the two SMS 's confirming before 8AM. I am now going to try to get our money back as this is ridiculous.
