Product shows delivered but never receives it

I Placed and order on the Superbalist website. I received teo items and the 3rd Item I never received. It show deliverd but was not in the box with the rest of my items. I called in twice and spoken to Yandiswa.N who NEVER get back to you. I mailed her and not even a reply. Promised to call me before day end but NOTHING. Till today I haven't received my Item. I will now stop ordering from them. USELESS customer service.
