Problem with return

Hello pls help on January I bought some clothes at superbalist they deliver on February then I log return that was suppose to be collected on 09 February but they rescheduled and they kept quite for the long time last week I inboxed them they promised to collect them but kept rescheduling and cancelling my return on Monday I inboxed them they said I must cancel my return and log to new return I did so on Tuesday I receive email that said my return was declined because of 30 days of what what I try to explain to them its not my fault it is their but they said they can't help me 😢can you pls help m stuck with things that they don't fit me and clothes I don't like
