Problem, problem, problem

Parcel finally arrived today after a superbalist worker finally got in touch with the driver and ensured that my parcel be delivered today. If I did not phone, I would probably still be waiting. Since it should've arrived 16 March. When I open my parcel and try on one of the items. It arrived in one size too big. I checked my order and it should've been a size 8 but a size 10 arrived. Seeing that it's listed under a non exchangeable item, I'm interested in how Superbalist.com will handle this situation. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them.
