Poor turnaround time

I have placed an order on the 24 November got an email that they will deliver on the 1st of December bare in mind in that parcel its my outfit for our end year function happening tonight they have never bothered communicating with me even on the app No update at all I have been sending emails No reply their agent in the call center they very rude No customer service at all I am so ****ed I cannot attend the function without that outfit my order no is ***4
