Poor support from Superbalist agents

Bought 5 items and two had to be exchanged, two items packed in 1 box since they came from the same order any way. Called Superbalist same time on realising that the items had to be packed separately. I was promised that they will engage the courier to let them know that they are expecting 2 items from the box even though the box Indicated 1 item. Weeks later after numerous called, I am told that the box had only 1 item, so my 2nd item was ****** and I lost. So disappointing but it’s a lesson learnt
