Poor Superbalist service

I placed a order with superbalist after placing the order & paying for it my working shift changed and I was unable to receive the order during that period so I tried to contact & notify them two days before delivery called in over 20 attempts now ive been notified my order has been cancelled due to me being unavailable to receive it, I contacted your company several times and was helped with no solutions whatsoever No reliable help was given or empathy
