Poor shipping standards

Ordered a parcel valued at almost 3k, and completed my delivery address as with most online stores. I have received many orders without a problem, but with this company small bumps become too big of a problem for them to cope with and thus my parcel will not arrive as promised. The courier issued my address invalid due to the fact we live on a farm without a specific address. ALL previous delivery drivers phoned me and the issue was solved within a minute. I phoned superbalist and they refused to deliver my parcel without a specific address (which we are unable to provide) I phoned a number that was emailed to me supposedly of the courier but had no clue what I was talking about. She then proceeded to tell me she will talk to the driver and phone me back - I'm still waiting. I swear the workers at superbalist can be compared to robots, only having the capacity to follow order. Unable to adapt to clientele or understand their needs. I would've had my parcel by now if the courier had simply given me a call, but instead my parcel was chucked aside as one less problem for the day and covered with a lame excuse.
