Poor Service - Zero Level of Care

I’m extremely disappointed with Superbalist. I placed two orders two weeks ago,the order I placed second arrived before the first. The first order, no one can place. The system said it would arrive on the 15th of November, still it hasnt arrived. I call and they say it’s at the collection branch in Avoca.I get there,they say it hasn’t arrived.This is entirely MY problem.No one has bothered themselves to trace and make sure that I receive my order, or refund me if they cannot find them.Everything is on their side.They have my money and they have their shoes. I’m disgusted and extremely furious at the level of service.
