Poor service with incomplete orders

Today is not my day superbalist has dropped a ball again order. Guys I am ****ed off at how you treat my yet have been nothing but a loyal customer. I have been on the receiving end of incomplete orders. There is an item missing on order number ***4.It is a van's black top. You delayed with my order and still you don't get it right.
