Poor Service Superbalist

I returned an item that I ordered that did not suit me in early July. I am still awaiting my refund it's now been more than 2 weeks since they had confirmed that my refund has been authorised and processed and it would take 5 business working days for it to reflect on my statement. After numerous emails to their support (Zimasa and Natasha) which they have not rep**** to and a phone call to their help desk support Natasha I still haven't received my refund. I am very dissapointed with the unprofessional service and would not recommend them in future.
