Poor Service Superbalist.

I am not happy with Superbalist delivery system. Once you have ordered, it says you will receive an sms when they near your place.On two occasions they tried to deliver but no one smsed me like it says on the sms after ordering.I tried to change my address, they tell me I have to cancel the order and start all over. Thought online shopping should be easier. I am still waiting for my order, which I ordered Wednesday and I needed it on Friday. Not happy at all.
