Poor Service-Refund

Good morning I ordered last week a double breast jacket and black waist bag. And I paid my order number is ********** and my order was cancelled without my knowledge I have called Superbalist more 5times for my Refund I have not received it I have sent an email with my banking details using ********** They always verbalize that it still pending. My Refund is R538.R449 which was on superbalist wallet and I paid R89.00 from my sister FNB account. This is poor service may I please have my refund. I don't owe superbalist anything.
