POOR SERVICE ON RETURN AND VALUE!

My very purchase with Superbalist turned out to be a *******! I ordered X2 boots, one of which was delivered with a fault. The heel was not secured in completely. Being my first purchase, i received the R250 voucher. The original value of the damaged boot was R399 and as it was damaged, i tried to exchange it for another however my size was no longer available. I contacted superbalist and tried to have them send me the same boot in a different colour. However they refused and will only return R299 to me. Even though i do not want the money back but a product of the same value, as they supp**** me with a defective item!!! After going back and forth with agents, theres still no resolution. R250 OFF is a lie!
