Poor service, Numerous Cancelations and Incorrect Items or Sizes

If they not canceling your order they send you the incorrect item or size. I am so tired of dealing with Superbalist support telling me they have inventory errors and issues all the time. It makes it such a hassle to go and drop stuff off because they couldn't get the order right. I use Superbalist because I don't have time to go to the shops but Superbalist has been anything but convenient and their errors have actually costed me more time than just going and getting it done in store.
