Poor service! No delivery

Bought a few items on black Friday - 29 November. 1 of the items were not delivered (a sofa bed on special for R3999). I have been in contact with customer service telephonically more than 10 times and on email more than 10 times and I keep getting the same answer (they are waiting for the warehouse). I do not get feedback and updates as requested and I get ignored. I spent days working from home waiting for promised delivery and nothing gets delivered with NO feedback. Still no feedback or commitment....
