poor service- no correspondence

I have been querying a delivery since 29/05 that never came. Spoke to a consultant and asked her to cancel it instead, she said she would let me know once the cancellation was actioned. I have mailed Monday, Tuesday and today. No response. the order still shows delivery rescheduled for 01/06. I don't know if the order has been cancelled, I don't know when my 1k will be refunded. This is extremely frustrating.
