Poor service/ no communication!!

I expected my delivery yesterday, i did not receive it.

I called yesterday and was informed that i live in a high risk area so the delivery guy couldn't come and deliver. No my issue is why was I not informed so that I can make arrangements? I had to call numerous times, I am even willing to go far as setting up a location with the delivery guy, meeting him in a "safer" location.

I am being given the run around, i call numerously and all I am told is that it is being escalated.

What poor service, it is not my fault, the courier should have communicated with me and make alternative arrangements, not me having to call every hour.
