Poor service is understatement!!!

What a waste!! I’ve placed an order on 21/03/2022 for 6 items, the initial date was supposed to be 25/03/2022. The date was rescheduled first time and second time the other item was unavailable and there was credited on my wallet. The remaining order was rescheduled again to 30/03/22, it didn’t arrive, rescheduled again to 31 and it didn’t arrive, again to 01/04/22. When I was relieved that the parcel finally arrived, I got 1 item and immediately called the driver and asked him why is it 1 item…he didn’t answer telling me that he saw another driver coming to my area, he said probably he’s coming to deliver the remaining. I find it strange and email their support system which I waged my time, nobody responded. Suddenly I saw the sms confirming that I received all my items, even on the profile the status says so…I called 7times to their number no answer, no emails responded to till today
