Poor Service from Superbalist!!!

Poor service! Bought 4 pairs of shoes 3 were correct and the 4th was the right size but wrong show. No issues returned the item. It was replaced and the first day of my wife wearing it the heel broke. Sent it back and was replaced again, the second shoe came and the exactly the same thing. This issue is still ongoing now trying to get my credit from Superbalist. This has been ongoing since I purchase the item on the 30 April 2018.
