Poor service

I don’t know why Superbalist cannot ever get my address correct. They ALWAYS send my order to the wrong suburb. When I query with them, they confirm my address has been captured correctly but the order is still ALWAYS sent to the wrong address. I usually only receive my order a week or so after the delivery date. I have raised this multiple times but obviously they do not care enough to do anything about it.
