Poor service

I ordered a cologne and I chose the wrong size. I called to ask what can be done done and I was told to order the correct size and call to cancel the first order as soon as I get an SMS to say that it is being delivered.

I called to cancel the other order but they still delivered both orders. This is frustrating as their website says that I can's return the other order, I don't know what to as I did call the to cancel the one order but they did not do that. This is a gift, I can't keep both orders.
