Poor service

I bought 2 pairs of sneakers and pants, I only received one pair and a refund for just the pants. I've been calling and emailing non stop and I had asked for proof of refunds and it's been 3 weeks and I have been sending emails for the past 2weeks. My order number is ***0

This is bad customer service and I am still waiting on 3 more orders from them

What else do I have to do? I need the product or my refund. This is too much
