Poor service delivery

I placed an order and it said the order will be arriving on the 13th, I expected the delivery earlier than that as it sometimes is the case with them. I did not receive any notification or call from them until today the 13th when I logged on to track my order. I was shocked to find messages that they’ve tried 3 times to deliver but did not find the recipient!!!

Every time I’ve ordered from them I always get a call when they deliver which did not happen even once this time. I then call and I’m being told they are in a process of cancelling my order because they could not find me in 3 different times.

Firstly they did not call me once!!! Secondly, how are they busy with the cancellation before the end of the day that the delivery is scheduled to be on???? What if I was out of town and only got back on the day they said they’ll be delivering? Would I have been wrong with doing that? I believe not! There’s a specific delivery date on my order and the days they claim to have tried to deliver, they did not call as they normally do. This is super messed up and I’m being told the refund could take 3-5 days! I don’t have that time, I wasn’t stupid when I placed my order, it was because I wanted to use those items for a specific occasion on a specific day and this is the kind of nonsense I get!!!
