Poor service delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed an order online on the 21st of June 2025 and not only was it delayed, but the company did not send the Qr quote to the email i use and they said i filled the wrong email but i requested them to resend the email. I contacted customer service multiple times and either received no response or was given generic excuses with no real help. It’s unacceptable for a company to take payment and fail to deliver the product — with no accountability. I will not be ordering from here again, and I do not recommend this store to anyone expecting reliable delivery or basic customer support
