Poor service

I made a purchase which I returned immediately once received,only to be told I soiled the item. This top wasn't on my body, this I explained. I received in this condition but was blatantly called a **** and told I would not be refunded. I purchase on a regular basis from Superbalist but they have has fallen out of favour with me. This is not the way to treat a client.
