Poor service

I frequently use Superbalist as it is convenient and easy to search for items. I placed an order on black Friday, paid for and scheduled delivery the next Tuesday, only to receive an SMS saying that my money has been refunded. When I called in they said it was an error on the system that automatically cancelled the order and I should place a new order, but everything that I have ordered are sold out now.

Seems like a way of not loosing money due to the black Friday sale, so they automatically cancel your order and refund your money and then you have to purchase it at full price again.
