Poor service by online South African store Superbalist

I have often used Superbalist to make purchases without any hassles until now. On the 06/03/2024 on i placed an oder that went off successfully even received an email stating same. Yesterday i received an email that my oder will be delivered on the 13.06.2024. A few minutes ago today on the 08.03/2024 i got an email stated my ordered had been canceled due to none payment. I'm shocked to see how many other people here are complaining about the same thing. They better get their house in order and deliver.
