Poor service

I am very disappointed, last week I made an order of a Nike tshirt and sneakers, and they said they will deliver Tuesday the 8th till today on the 10th I haven't re eived my order. Worst of all when I ordered the sneakers was on sale and available all of a sudden on Monday I'm told I will be refunded because that sneakers is not available. What an inconvenience and poor service they offer. I'm so disappointed and angry that I wish I could no longer buy from them. How can the sneakers be available wen u order and when is time to deliver is no longer available. I would like to know since they opt to refund for that sneakers that they say is no longer available what is delay on my tshirt? I was suppose to receive it on Tuesday and they haven't deliver
