Poor service and quality

I am furious, and disgusted at the poor service received from Superbalist. I am a loyal customer who shops a lot from Superbalist and have shopped quite a bit of homeward the past year. I have bought these rattan bedside pedestals and have had endless issues with them. First received the incorrect colour, then received one that had a bad scratch, followed by one that the wood was peeling off and coming undone, recently had one delivered where I couldn’t assemble because the legs where stuck behind the drawer mechanism. The recent exchange, I opened up and the drawer is broken. I have exchanged the same pedestal almost 5 times. I would like a phone call from your top management to apologize for my long and tiresome inconvenience. The only reason that I am putting up with this is because I have one already on my husbands side of the bed and need a matching one for my side. You either completely send me two different better quality pedestals and take these bad quality ones back or send me the one that I have wanted but make sure that I get one that is 100% perfect
