POOR SERVICE AND *********** STAFF!!!

Logged a return on the 26th of April till today I am still waiting for my money, I have sent them email to follow up and even called just to be given a run a round, i've asked to speak to their manager a number of times with no luck. I have you customer for a very long time and very disappointed at how power your service has become. I still want my money, you claim to do refunds within 8 working but its close to a month now!!!
