Poor service (Acted against their policy)

I bought clothes on 27th of November and it was delivered on time 4 December 2020, on the delivery date i immediately requested exchange since the clothes didn't fit my daughter and it was approved and collection date was given as the 8th of December and they never pitched up to date. They kept on sending me messages of courier delays and reschedules and nothing happened even when i engaged with them several times i was never assisted......ended up giving the clothes away.
