poor service

I bought my kids clothes on supperbalistic, when I got the items my daughters clothes were all big, I lodged a return for an exchange unfortunately they did not have sizes, so I otpted for a refund.

I took the items to N1 bridge Takealot hub, the receipient checked them and processed the return, I now get a message saying my daughtes shoes were dirty and they will not receive them.

If they were dirty why did they accept them in the first place, I do all my shopping on Superbalist just for them to give me such a **** service.

what I am supposed to do with oversized shoes that my child cant even wear.

I am beyond disappointed and I doubt if I will ever spend a cent of my money on Superbalist.
