Poor Service

I am very dissapointed with the service I recently received from superbalist.com on the 16th March 2023 I placed an order for 2 items and paid for it then a delivery was scheduled for 22 March 2023 of which it didn't happen the next thing when i made follow ups about the order they told me that my order had been cancelled due to me being unavailable as a driver could not get hold of however my contact number was not going through but I had updated the cell phone number on my profile the last time I purchased with them so I really got confused with that, so then they had to process a refund back to my debit card which I was informed to wait for up to 5 days for funds to reflect on my account but I am surprised now that they decided to pay the funds to the wallet I never asked for funds to be paid to the wallet because I am not going to make any purchase with superbalist.com anytime soon I am really angry with and with them and the level of service received I just wanted my funds back to my debit account which i used when making purchase
