POOR SERVICE

I bought items on 29/11/2019 and on 4/12/2019 I get a call from Transnet employee telling me that my ordered was delivered at their company and the delivery person told them anyone can sign for my parcel. I don't work at Transnet and I clearly stated my work address on my order so its a shock to me that my parcel was delivered there. On 4/11/2019 I contacted the customer care and I was given an email address that is no longer attended. I'm really disappointed at Superbalist because they didn't even bother to apologize for their mistake.
