poor service

Ive purchase a Nike sneaker in June , wore about times. the shoe was causing severe discomfort and returned it back to superbalist to send it back to the supplier as something wasnt right with the shoe. they rejected my return and refused to address my problem . after years of support. I definitely wont be buying from them again...poor customer service
