Poor service

I cant believe i gave you a good review this morning. I received my orders yesterday, all good except that one of the items was a bit small. I opted for a refund because size 12 was not available. Around 12 today i saw that my size was available. I called to ask you to cancel the refund to exchange. I was on that call for a good 30min only to be told that they will call me back as they are investigating since the item was dropped and collected. I have not had a call back to this point. I sent an email still no responce regarding my simple request . Im afraid that i won't get the size again and I really like the outfit. Its in my cart because i dont want to loose it. Order number:***3 Email ref ***4 Please cancel the refund so i can do the exchange. That's all im asking.
