Poor service

I recently bought shoes from Superbalist, and unfortunately they were a bigger size, I requested a return and I opted for drop off, as I though it will be quicker.

I was send a document for drop off, which does not say much about who are you dropping the parcel with, their contact numbers etc.

I drove to the venue twice in Midrand 675 Cresent road and I cannot find the place or the people, to drop off the shoes with, when I called I was told I will have to wait for the item to reach the wearhouse, get checked and returned, and all that was not explained prior to me.

The shoes were bought for my ****ing this weekend and I cannot afford the 10 days I am told I must wait for the shoes to be returned.

I miss the convenience and the efficiency of spree, I regret even buying the shoes.
