Poor service

I am having issues with getting my money back and I am run after them for my money real not pleased, I was told today I would get and email to send them my banking details still waiting. I also picked up that my December refund was not processed I wonder if I was ever gonna receive those funds had I not picked up this. All I want is my money back today.
