POOR SERVICE!!!

I had a package that was due for delivery on the 24/12/18 and after sitting an entire day in office waiting for the package, I call the call center. The consultant tells me that he had spoken to the driver and that the driver will arrive at 16h30. Needless to say, the driver did not arrive. The notification states that delivery was attempted and that there was nobody there to collect!! In correct as I was on the phone with the consultants all day. The package finally arrives on the 27/12/2018 and I check my package and it's the incorrect size that was delivered, which would be okay, except that it had to be the bikini bottom and now I AM HAVING TROUBLE RETURNING IT. At this rate I don't think that I will ever get the correct size before 2019. I would like to return the item and just be done with Superbalist. The service is poor and I have just been having too much trouble getting the correct items shipped at the correct times as per the app!!!
