Poor service

I purchased a pair of size 6 sneakers a week ago but instead was sent a size 6.5 I requested a return and refund which was scheduled to be picked up by a courier yesterday already. After numerous calls and emails the item has still not be picked up and I'm stuck with the wrong sized shoe which Superblist chose for me
