Poor service

I have bought some items from Superbalist and it was dilevered in december. The items didn't fit me so i requested for a return, the courier company collected my items a month ago but they claim that it only takes 7 days to process the return. The first consultant i got when i call superbalist confirmed with the courier company that they did collet my parcel but till today i haven't recieved my money back. When i call them they keep on telling me that they are still waiting for the confirmation from their warehouse if they recieved the parcel back or not, each and every consultant i get keep telling me the same thing everyday that "they are busy following up my case and they will get back to me" but they never did, No one has ever called me with an update regarding the follow up, I am the only one calling everyday and getting same massege without being helped. I really do not know what to do now.
