Poor service

I bought a shoe recently when it was delivered it came with the tag off and was not what I expected when I returned it back , I received an email that it was rejected because of a mere superbalist box that was not in it after many times of calling in different agents advising me that they will arrange a manual collection few days after I got an email stating sorry it cannot be arranged, I will never again buy online I'm shattered
