poor refund service

I ordered a shoe order number *** on the 2nd and successfully paid , then the following day I was told that they don't have the shoe size in their inventory and that the would refund me. On the 3rd I received an email requesting my bank details for refund to be paid into my bank which will take 3-5 days to reflect on my side and I did that immediately. been waiting for the bank notification since only decided to call today and was informed that the refund was paid in my superbalist account. I am so disappointed with their refund service
