Poor quality goods

I recently purchased Hugo Boss Jour 75ml fragrance from Superbalist.To my surprise when I sprayed it, the smell was nothing near to that of the original Hugo Boss Jour. It smells like a combination of water and weak flowers. I compared it with my current bottle which I bought at another retailer, the two do not smell the same. The smell from the bottle bought from Superbalist does not last. I am so disappointed with the quality and my understanding is that according to the policy I can not return the bottle because I have opened it. I have bought many bottles of perfume from Superbalist and they have always been original . I contacted Superbalist and shared my concern, I was advised by an agent that I should log a return request which they have now declined. I don't think I will be buying perfume from them again as now the quality is rather shoddy.
