poor quality

i will never ever buy from superbalist again, quality is so poor,I bought some shoes last month now stiches are coming out and its the right size .. lodged a complaint but no response , i really regret why i bought there ..Order no: ***2 >Mary jane buckle shoe - tan, what a waste
