Poor Quality

I recently had a disappointing experience with Superbalist regarding a return request. I purchased a pair of Nike Airforce 1s, and after wearing them just once, they started showing noticeable wrinkles on the toe area. When I filed for a refund, my application was rejected with the explanation that the shoes had been worn. I explained that it’s not possible to identify such issues without trying them on, but I received a firm “nothing can be done” response.

I’m frustrated with the lack of understanding and flexibility in handling this issue. The experience has left me questioning the customer service and return policies of Superbalist. I hope they review their policies to better support customers dealing with defective products.
