Poor Product quality

I ordered a living room rug which arrived over a week ago. From the moment I placed it on the floor I noticed the material was shredding off quite a bit. Assumed it would be fine after vacuuming but it’s been endless sweeping for the past week, at a rate at which I may not have anything left after a few weeks . The quality is super disappointing and I honestly feel cheated , no value for the amount paid. The app and websites are also not user friendly for logging complaints
