Poor Poor service.

It is very disappointing to deal with an online store that does not follow up on customer complaints.On Friday i bought and paid with my PAYJUSTNOW ACCOUNT and the payment was deducted from both my bank account and PAYJUSTNOW account.The order was however cancelled but the money is not yet refunded in all the accounts.When I raise it it with and share the receipt they are telling me there is nothing they can do. Instead of escalating my matter to their finance department to try and find out where the amount of money might be.Are they telling me they cannot trace R5,397.00 in any of their systems to check.Now I have to take my kids for holiday but I’m stuck because I’m waiting for shoes or refund.
