Poor form Superbalist .

Very disappointed with Superbalist’s refusal to assist with an exchange request that I believe is entirely reasonable.

The item was purchased as a gift, is completely unused, and still has all original tags attached. My request for an exchange for another size was submitted only outside the standard exchange period due to Christmas holidays etc . Despite this, no discretion or goodwill was app****, and the request was declined purely on policy grounds.

I understand that companies have policies, but a rigid, inflexible application of policy—especially in cases where the item is unused and resale-ready—is unfair and disregards basic principles of customer care. Retail best practice allows for reasonable discretion in borderline cases such as this, where no loss would be incurred by the company.

This experience has significantly affected my trust in the Superbalist brand and reflects poorly on its commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
